Dispute Resolution Training

Mediator Supervision

Essex Mediation provides professional supervision and expert support services for mediators. Our services can be delivered in person, by telephone or online if required and appropriate and we can assist with matters such as: Co mediation, FMC accreditation, practice issues, training and awareness, quality assurance and audit.

Our experienced team of Professional practice supervisors can assist with all elements of supervision. Working with individuals and practice management o develop robust practice models and ensure excellence and quality of service.

Supervision is required to comply with mediation practice standards and is an essential element of CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

We offer individual supervision, group supervision or can facilitate peer supervision forums dependent on your requirements as our supervision model offers both flexibility of format and frequency. Regular monthly or quarterly sessions can be arranged or more informal coaching can be allocated as and when required.
