Shuttle Mediation

Mediation works best with both parties in the same room together. However we acknowledge that in some situations this is just not possible, or desirable.

It may be that there has been violence in the relationship in the past, or perhaps emotions are just running so high that making informed decisions seems impossible. Mediation can still help you.

Essex Mediation can offer you a series of meetings called shuttle mediation; no face to face communication takes place. Instead, your mediator will act as a go-between; you will remain in separate rooms throughout the session. We will also ensure a staggered arrival and departure so that you need not physically see your ex-partner.
